Practicing goal setting is very important. It’s significance is usually underrated by most people. When you have a goal to achieve, it helps you focus on important things, take action and prevent taking unnecessary actions.
In my daily life I can see many people seeking to gain self confidence. Unfortunately by observing them, I feel that most will not achieve what they want. It doesn’t matter how much effort they put in, what books they read, what strategy they use, or which expert they learned it from.
Is self motivation really that important? On a whole, the importance of self motivation is still neglected by many people even though there are plenty of resources on motivation that are easily available, such as books, courses, seminars etc.
All of us know that laughter is good for us. We’ve heard it being repeated over and over again about how laughter promotes good health, emotional well being etc. But do we actually know how laughter specifically benefits us?
