Churches abound in the city of Lexington in Kentucky. There are over three hundred churches in the city from different types of churches. Non denominational churches in Lexington KY co-exists side by side with the bigger denominational churches that everyone is familiar with. Perhaps about 5% of the churches comprise the non denominational ones. What do we mean when we say non denominational? These are the churches that are independent and not linked to any of the “big” churches such as Methodist, or Catholic or Presbyterian churches among others. This type of church is more popular with younger persons.
