How Do Visualize Can Help You Get What You Want?
Let me get into the two types of visualization that I’ve used.
1st Person: this is visualization that occurs through your own eyes; the dream state.
3rd person would be from outside your body, or in a disassociated state. In this case you’re the observer - or ghost - watching the dreamer.
Attraction is preceded by the Law of Vibration. Your vibration is what attracts. And you can always measure your own vibration based on how you feel. If you feel good, you’re in a high vibration. If you feel bad you’re in a lower frequency of vibration.
How is vibration changed?
By changing your feelings. Here is a quick test to do exactly that.
Just be the observer at this point. Imagine that you’re on the beach somewhere hot, maybe the Caribbean. Now picture yourself sitting on the beach, lying in the sand staring up into the sky. Notice how you feel.
This time you’re going to make a slight change. Instead of being the third person, you’re going to be the first person. You want to have the experience through your own eyes. Pay attention to the contrast and shades in the sky; the warm sun and the soft sand. How does that make you feel?
Remember that being in the dreamer state is the way to develop powerful feelings. Being the observer helps you distant yourself - or move away from experiencing your feelings.
If you don’t generate feelings during the visualization then you’re not getting into that higher vibration. And if you don’t get the right vibration then you can’t become an attractive magnet. Remember, that your subconscious mind responds the best to your emotions. When you get emotionally involved in an image, then you start the creative forces at work.
Be mindful that your feelings are representative of your vibration. A stronger feelings indicates a higher vibration. And when you vibrate at a higher frequency you become a magnet for things to come to you.
Third Person Visualization
There are some fringe benefits to visualizing in the third person:
* This frame of mind provides a new perspective when dealing with challenges. Sometimes you need to distant yourself before you can see the solution to a problem.
* Being the observer allows you to distance yourself from negative feelings. In some situations this can provide more clarity and calmness of mind. And with calmness of mind comes better thinking power.
* Being in the third person allows you to see yourself the way others see you. This can be tremendously valuable if you’re having trouble identifying your ‘blind spots’ in a specific situation.
Regardless of which method you use, both are important. Learn how to use them both. Become masterful at visualizing as the observer and the dreamer and dream big dreams.
