Personality Assessment Can Determine Earmarks of a Leader

An organization may want to also develop, revamp, or upgrade a leadership training program that has become obsolete. 7. Optimism - an undying positive outlook

8. Order - the natural tendency toward organization

9. Savvy. A leader is skilled at reading people and can detect hidden needs and intentions.

10. Sociability. A leader enjoys people whether he is at work, at home, or in social events.

11. Stability. A leader is always steady and calm even during stressful situations.

12. Striving. A leader is able to push hard and work hard towards goals.

There are many assessments that measure leadership potential in the marketplace. It is advised that the company compares several different assessments and their benefits before making a final choice. A company may want to view and compare several assessments before finalizng their choice. When a company knows it is in need of potential leaders to replace leaders who will be retiring in a few years, using assessments can help identify those potential leaders.
