Some people view relaxation as a reason to feel very cautious. They worry that being relaxing, and unplugging from the daily hard work we all endure means that they are lazy, unmotivated, and unproductive. In order to intensify my relaxation, I use relaxation tapes every so often to ensure that I am using the correct techniques and I am not kidding myself that I am relaxing when I am not.
